Frequently asked questions

Direct answers on payments, delivery, warranty, and returns. Anything missing, ask support.

How long does a crypto payment take to confirm?

On the blockchain itself, most payments confirm within minutes: Litecoin and Solana usually in under 5 minutes, Ethereum in a few minutes, Bitcoin in 10 to 60 minutes depending on network load and the fee your wallet chose. We verify each payment by hand rather than through an automated processor, so allow up to one business day for us to confirm it and send your receipt.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20), Litecoin, and Solana, sent directly to our wallet address for each coin. You pick the coin on the payment page after checkout, then confirm once you've sent it — we verify and mark the order paid by hand.

Do you refund crypto orders?

Yes. Approved refunds are calculated from the USD value of your order at purchase time and paid back in the same coin you paid with, at that coin's current rate on the day the refund is sent. Coins do not get refunded 1:1 when the market has moved — the USD value is what is guaranteed. Full details are in the refund policy.

How fast do gift cards arrive?

Within minutes of us confirming your payment. Gift card codes are generated the moment we mark your order paid and emailed to the address from checkout. Since we verify manually, the code itself arrives instantly — it's waiting for that verification that takes the time (typically same business day).

What happens if I send too little crypto?

Email us with your order number and what you sent — we will either invoice the small difference or refund what arrived, whichever you prefer. Nothing ships or gets delivered against an underpaid order until it's sorted out.

What happens if the payment window expires?

There is no expiring payment window in manual mode — the wallet address on your order page stays valid, and estimated coin amounts (for non-stablecoins) are just a current-rate estimate, not a locked quote. If you're unsure whether your payment went through, email support with your order number and transaction hash and we'll check.

How long does shipping take?

Physical orders leave our shop within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Domestic US delivery takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS or UPS: $9 standard, $19 for heavier items like consoles and gaming PCs, free at a $150+ subtotal. International delivery takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your country and customs clearance: $45 standard, $175 for heavy items, with no free-shipping threshold. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is scanned.

Do modded consoles come with games?

No, never. Every console we sell is hardware only: rebuilt, upgraded, and tested, with no games, ROMs, or copyrighted software preloaded. You supply your own cartridges or legally owned discs. This is a firm line — it keeps the hardware legal to sell and own.

What warranty do modded consoles carry?

Ninety days on our workmanship: screens, soldering, shells, buttons, and battery mods we installed. If something we built fails in normal use, we repair it free — you cover shipping to us, we cover the trip back. The warranty does not cover drops, liquid, or work done by someone else after us.

How does shirt sizing run?

True to size with a boxy cut. Our tees are 240 gsm heavyweight cotton, pre-shrunk, sized S through 2XL. If you are between sizes and want a fitted look, size down; for the intended relaxed fit, take your usual size. Exact garment measurements are listed on each product page.

Can I return sneakers?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in the original box, with the box undamaged. Try them indoors on carpet. Sneakers going back must reach us in resellable condition for the refund to be approved; return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Physical goods ship to most countries worldwide — international delivery runs 7 to 21 business days depending on your country and its customs clearance, at a flat $45 (standard) or $175 (heavy items) rate with no free-shipping threshold. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes your country charges on delivery. Digital goods — games and gift cards — are delivered by email with no geographic limits at all.

What warranty do gaming PCs carry?

A full year on parts and labor. Every build runs a 48-hour burn-in before it ships, and if a component fails under normal use within that year, we repair or replace it — you cover shipping to us, we cover the trip back. Accidental damage and liquid spills are not covered.

How do pre-orders work?

You are charged the listed price when you place the order, same as any purchase. We ship (or, for digital titles, deliver) as close to the publisher's release date as the format allows — physical pre-orders with a download code inside typically arrive by launch day. If the publisher moves the release date, your pre-order simply follows it, and you can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout is guest-only by design: an email address for every order, plus a shipping address when something physical is in the cart. There are no passwords to leak and no profile to maintain. Your email is the key to receipts, tracking, and support.

Can I pay with a card or PayPal?

No — Satoshinc accepts cryptocurrency exclusively. If you are new to crypto, the fastest route is buying USDT or LTC on any major US exchange and paying from there. Our how-checkout-works page walks through the process in five steps.

Can I sell a gift card I am not going to use?

Yes — this is separate from buying a Satoshinc gift card. On our sell-your-gift-card page, submit the retailer, the code, and a USDT wallet; we verify the balance and pay out, typically 65-85% of face value depending on the retailer. Turnaround is usually one business day, and you get the exact payout confirmed by email before it lands.
