Privacy policy
We collect the minimum a store can collect and still function. Here is exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Email address — required for every order. Used for receipts, delivery of digital goods, tracking updates, and support. Never used for marketing unless you separately ask.
- Shipping details — name, delivery address (US or international), and optional phone, collected only when an order contains physical goods. Shared with the carrier (USPS or UPS, plus their international partners for orders outside the US) to deliver the package, and with customs authorities where your country requires it.
- Order history — what you bought, totals, and payment status, kept for accounting and warranty service.
- Contact messages — what you send through the contact form.
What we never collect
No card numbers, no bank details, no passwords, no government IDs, no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie that keeps your cart together; it dies with your browser session.
Payments and wallets
Crypto payments are sent directly to our own wallet addresses and verified by hand — no third-party payment processor sees your order. We record the coin, amount, our wallet address, and the transaction hash if you provide one, kept in our payment logs for dispute resolution. We see the paying wallet address; we do not link it to anything beyond your order, and we never ask you to prove ownership of a wallet.
Who we share with
Carriers get your shipping details. Our hosting provider stores the database this site runs on. That is the entire list — we do not sell, rent, trade, or "share with partners" any customer data, full stop.
Retention and deletion
Order records are retained for tax and accounting purposes. Everything else — contact messages, customer notes — can be deleted on request. Email [email protected] from the address on the order and we will confirm deletion within 14 days, keeping only what bookkeeping law requires us to keep.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS everywhere. Passwords for store administration are hashed with bcrypt; customer accounts do not exist, so there is nothing of yours to breach beyond order data. Database access is restricted to the application and the store operator.
