Refund policy
14-day returns on eligible items. Crypto refunds are pegged to USD value at purchase time, paid in the original coin.
How crypto refunds are calculated
Your order has a USD total at the moment you pay — that number is what we guarantee. An approved refund returns that USD value (minus any deductions listed below), converted into the coin you originally paid with at the exchange rate on the day the refund is sent. If the coin's price moved after your purchase, the coin amount you receive will differ from the coin amount you sent; the dollar value will not. We refund to the wallet address you give us in the refund request, and we send refunds within 5 business days of approval.

Warranty repairs are not returns
Console and controller work carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. A defect in our work gets repaired free, with return shipping covered by us — no refund calculation involved unless a repair is impossible, in which case the USD-value rule above applies.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason. We reply with a return address and an authorization within one business day. Refunds are released when the item passes inspection. Return shipping is your cost unless the return is our error (wrong or defective item), in which case we send a prepaid label.
Deductions
We deduct the original outbound shipping cost from refunds on change-of-mind returns. Items that come back worn, washed, opened, or damaged are refused or refunded at a reduced value we agree with you before processing. Blockchain network fees for sending the refund are on us.
