1. Who is selling

Satoshinc ("we", "us") operates this store at satoshinc.com and ships to customers worldwide. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; our order confirmation email is our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order before shipment, in which case any payment is refunded in full under the refund policy. Where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country grants you rights beyond what is written here, those rights stand — nothing in these terms waives them.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is by cryptocurrency only, sent to our own wallet address and verified by hand. The crypto amount shown for non-stablecoins is a current-rate estimate, not a locked quote; payments arriving short or unclear are handled as described on the how-crypto-checkout-works page. An order is only payable in full — we do not accept installments, escrow, or partial settlement.

3. Delivery

Digital goods are delivered to the email address you provide; delivery is complete when the email leaves our server. Physical goods ship per the shipping policy; risk of loss passes to you on carrier delivery to your address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you enter. On international orders, you are the "importer of record" for customs purposes in your country and are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees your country assesses on delivery — these are set by your government and are not included in our checkout total.

4. Consoles and modded hardware

Modded consoles and controller services are sold as hardware and workmanship only. We do not sell, include, or preload any games, ROMs, BIOS files, or other copyrighted software. Region-free and display modifications are intended for use with media you lawfully own. You are responsible for how you use the hardware after purchase, and — for international orders — for confirming that modified electronics can be lawfully imported into your country before you order.

5. Warranty

Our mod and restoration work carries a 90-day workmanship warranty as described in the refund policy. Apparel, sneakers, and digital goods are covered by the return terms in the refund policy. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond these express commitments; nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

6. Gift cards

Gift card codes are bearer instruments: whoever holds the code can spend it. Codes never expire and carry no fees. We are not responsible for codes shared, forwarded, or stored insecurely after delivery, but we will always re-send the original delivery email to the purchasing address on request.

7. Custom commissions

Custom game commissions begin with a written design summary for your approval. Cancellation before approval refunds in full; after work begins, 50%. The finished commission is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; we retain the underlying engine and tooling. We will not build content that is unlawful or that uses third-party intellectual property you do not have rights to.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to launder funds, test stolen wallets, or resell gift cards at scale without a written agreement. We may cancel orders and refuse service where fraud indicators appear, with payment returned minus network fees where the law allows.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the USD amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for blockchain network failures outside our control, or for delays caused by carriers, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disputes

Talk to us first — [email protected] resolves almost everything within days. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which the store operates. Any change to these terms applies to orders placed after the change is published on this page.
